Folelse was founded in 2026 by NHS data protection officers who were frustrated with generic compliance tools that didn't understand clinical environments, DSPT timelines, or the complexity of NHS data sharing agreements.

Our mission

Making UK data protection manageable for everyone

UK GDPR compliance shouldn't require a team of lawyers and a fleet of consultants. We built Folelse so that a single DPO — or even a part-time Information Governance lead — can manage every obligation confidently, with evidence ready for any audit.

Since launching our Standard UK edition in 2024, we now serve charities, GP practices, local councils, SMEs, and enterprises across the UK. Whether you process 10 data subjects or 10 million, the same rigour applies.
