We're excited to announce two significant additions to the Folelse platform: the Compliance Health Dashboard and Board Report export. These features have been built in direct response to feedback from DPOs and SIROs who told us they needed a faster way to understand their organisation's overall compliance posture — and a way to communicate it clearly to senior leaders and boards.
The Compliance Health Dashboard
The new Compliance Health Dashboard provides a real-time RAG (Red, Amber, Green) status view across all your compliance areas — ROPA completeness, DSPT assertion progress, open data subject requests, outstanding supplier DPAs, breach log currency, policy review dates, and more.
The dashboard is designed to answer the question a DPO is asked most often: 'Where are we?' It gives you an at-a-glance view of:
- Open Subject Access Requests approaching their deadline
- DSPT assertions currently rated as 'not met' or requiring evidence
- Data processors without a current DPA
- Policies overdue for review
- Data Protection Impact Assessments pending sign-off
- Breaches recorded in the last 30 days and their current status
Each RAG indicator links directly to the relevant section of the platform, so you can move from overview to detail and action in a single click.
Board Report Export
Communicating compliance status to boards and senior leaders is one of the most time-consuming tasks for DPOs. Preparing a board report from scratch each quarter — pulling data from multiple spreadsheets, writing narrative, formatting slides — can take hours.
The new Board Report export generates a professional, structured PDF report from your live Folelse data with a single click. The report includes:
- Executive summary with overall RAG status
- Key metrics for the reporting period (SARs completed, breaches recorded, training completion rate)
- DSPT progress summary and submission timeline
- Open actions and their owners
- Upcoming deadlines and risk areas requiring board attention
The report is formatted for a non-specialist audience — designed to give board members the information they need without requiring them to understand the detail of UK GDPR or DSPT requirements.
How to Access These Features
The Compliance Health Dashboard is available to all Folelse subscribers from your main dashboard. The Board Report export is available on Professional and Enterprise plans.
