Exporting all your data from Folelse

You can export a complete copy of all your Folelse data at any time — useful for backups, audits, or migrating to another system.

How to run a full data export

1. 1 Go to Dashboard → Export.
2. 2 Select what to include: All modules, or specific modules (ROPA, Assets, Policies, SARs, Breaches, Risks, Tasks, Companies, People).
3. 3 Choose the format: CSV (per module), JSON (full data structure), or PDF Package (formatted documents).
4. 4 Click Generate Export.
5. 5 You will receive an email when the export is ready (large exports may take a few minutes).
6. 6 Download the ZIP file from the Export page or from the email link.

Module-specific exports

Individual modules also have their own export buttons. For example, ROPA → Export exports just your ROPA in PDF, Excel, or Word format. Policies → individual policy → Export exports that policy as a PDF or DOCX.
