Generating and downloading your DSPT evidence pack

Your DSPT evidence pack is a compiled document containing all the evidence Folelse has linked to your DSPT assertions. You can generate this at any time and use it to support your self-assessment submission or provide to auditors.

How to generate your evidence pack

1. 1 Go to Dashboard → DSPT.
2. 2 Click "Generate Evidence Pack" in the top right.
3. 3 Select which standards to include (default: all).
4. 4 Choose the format: PDF (for submission) or ZIP (contains all linked source documents).
5. 5 Click Generate. For large packs, this may take up to 2 minutes.
6. 6 Download the generated file.

What the evidence pack contains

• A cover sheet with your organisation name, ODS code, submission year, and completion summary.
• For each standard: the assertion text, your completion status, and all linked evidence items.
• Evidence items include: policy documents, ROPA extracts, training completion records, DPIA summaries, risk register extracts, supplier assessment results, and breach log summaries.
• An overall compliance score and RAG status.

Manually linking evidence to an assertion

1. 1 Open the DSPT module and expand the relevant standard.
2. 2 Click on an assertion.
3. 3 Click "Link Evidence".
4. 4 Choose from Linked Records (auto-suggested from your data) or upload a document.
5. 5 Click Save.
