Tracking IG training completion

Information Governance (IG) training is mandatory for all NHS staff and is a DSPT requirement. Folelse tracks training completion per person and calculates your overall completion rate.

Recording training completion

1. 1 Go to Dashboard → People.
2. 2 Find the person whose training you want to record.
3. 3 Click the IG Training badge on their card to toggle it between Completed and Pending.
4. 4 The change is timestamped and appears in the audit trail.

Bulk updating training records

If you have a list of staff who have completed training (e.g. from your Learning Management System), you can update records individually in Folelse. For large teams, contact support@folelse.co.uk about bulk update via CSV.

Viewing your training completion rate

Go to Dashboard → Reports. Your training completion rate is shown as a percentage of active people with "Completed" training status. This figure is used as evidence for DSPT Standard 3 assertions.

Departments

Create departments under Dashboard → People → Departments tab. Departments help you filter people and track training completion by team. Training completion rates can be viewed by department in the Reports module.
