The Board Pack generator creates a professional executive summary of your organisation's compliance posture — suitable for board meetings, audit committees, and senior leadership briefings.

What the Board Pack includes

• Executive summary with overall RAG (Red/Amber/Green) compliance status.
• Trend chart showing compliance posture over the past 6 months.
• Key metrics: open risks, overdue SARs, policy compliance rate, DSPT progress (NHS), training completion.
• Top 5 open risks with mitigation status.
• Breach summary for the reporting period.

• Actions outstanding and overdue tasks.
• Narrative summary (auto-generated, editable before export).

How to generate a Board Pack

1. 1 Go to Dashboard → Reports.
2. 2 Click "Generate Board Pack".
3. 3 Select the reporting period (e.g. Q1, last 3 months, last 12 months).
4. 4 Review the auto-generated narrative and edit if needed.
5. 5 Click "Export PDF".
6. 6 The PDF is downloaded immediately.
