Navigating your role-based dashboard

Your dashboard home page is personalised to your role. The widgets, quick-action buttons, and stat cards you see depend on whether you are logged in as an Admin, DPO, SIRO, or Caldicott Guardian.

DPO dashboard

• Overdue SARs — requests past the 30-day deadline requiring immediate action.
• Open DPIAs — assessments in progress.
• Unresolved Breaches — incidents not yet closed.
• Policies Due for Review — policies with a review date in the past or within 30 days.
• Quick actions: Log SAR, Start DPIA, Log Breach.

SIRO dashboard

• Open Risks — total and by severity.
• High/Critical Assets — assets with outstanding completeness issues.
• DSPT Progress — percentage of assertions completed (NHS only).
• Quick actions: Register Asset, Log Risk, Update DSPT.

Caldicott Guardian dashboard (NHS only)

• Patient data processing records awaiting review.
• Clinical Safety assessments outstanding.
• National Data Opt-Out compliance status.
• Quick actions: Start DPIA, Review Processing Activity.

Left-hand navigation

The sidebar groups modules into: Compliance (ROPA, DPIAs, Breaches, SARs, Risks, Policies), Assets (Assets, Asset Owners, Retention), Suppliers (Companies, Services, Gaps), People, Reports, and Settings. Modules your role cannot access are hidden.
