Your 14-day free trial — what's included and what happens next
Every new Folelse account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You get full access to all features on the Professional plan during the trial period.
What's included in the trial
- Full access to ROPA, DPIAs, SARs, Breaches, Policies, Assets, Supplier Due Diligence, Risks, and Tasks.
- NHS organisations: full DSPT Toolkit access.
- Up to 5 users and 250 data assets.
- CSV import and PDF/DOCX export.
- Email support during business hours.
What happens when the trial ends
After 14 days, your account enters a read-only grace period of 7 days. You can still view and export your data, but you cannot create or edit records. After the grace period, your account is locked until you subscribe.
How to upgrade before the trial expires
- 1 Go to Dashboard → Billing.
- 2 Select your plan (Starter or Professional).
- 3 Choose monthly or annual billing.
- 4 Enter your payment details. NHS organisations can request invoiced PO billing — see the NHS Purchase Order Invoicing article.
- 5 Your account converts immediately to the paid plan.
All data you create during the trial is preserved when you upgrade. Nothing is deleted.
Extending your trial
In some cases we can extend your trial — for example, during a procurement process or if you are awaiting an NHS PO approval. Contact support@folelse.co.uk with your organisation name and we will review it.
