Enabling and disabling add-ons

Add-ons extend your plan with additional features. They can be enabled or disabled at any time from Dashboard → Billing → Add-ons. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated to your next billing date.

Available add-ons

  • Additional Users — add extra user seats beyond your plan limit. NHS: £6/user/month; Standard UK: £6/user/month. Annual: £5/user/month.
  • NHS CIS2 / Azure AD SSO (NHS) or Azure AD / Entra ID SSO (Standard UK) — single sign-on integration. NHS: £49/month; Standard UK: £39/month.
  • Public Trust Site — branded public privacy and transparency hub. £29/month (£23 annual).
  • ICS / Multi-org Rollup (NHS) or Multi-org Rollup (Standard UK) — consolidated dashboard across multiple organisations. NHS: £79/month; Standard UK: £69/month.

Enabling an add-on

  1. 1 Go to Dashboard → Billing → Add-ons.
  2. 2 Find the add-on and toggle the switch to enabled, or increase the quantity (for Additional Users).
  3. 3 Review the proration amount shown.
  4. 4 Click Save Changes.
  5. 5 The charge is prorated from today to your next billing date and added to your next invoice.

Disabling an add-on

  1. 1 Go to Dashboard → Billing → Add-ons.
  2. 2 Toggle the switch to disabled or reduce the user quantity.
  3. 3 Click Save Changes.
  4. 4 The change applies at the end of the current billing period. You will receive a prorated credit.

If you increase Additional Users and then immediately decrease them in the same billing period, the net proration is calculated correctly. You are only charged for the time the seats were active.
