Managing your subscription plan

Your subscription is managed through Dashboard → Billing. Only Admin users can view or change the billing section.

Viewing your current plan

The Overview tab shows your current plan, billing cycle (monthly or annual), status, and next renewal date. A green "Active" badge means your subscription is current. A yellow "Past Due" badge means a payment has failed.

Upgrading your plan

  1. 1 Go to Dashboard → Billing → Overview.
  2. 2 Click the plan you want to upgrade to.
  3. 3 Choose monthly or annual billing (annual saves 20%).
  4. 4 Click "Upgrade Plan".
  5. 5 You are redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page.
  6. 6 Enter your payment details and confirm.
  7. 7 Your plan upgrades immediately. Unused credit from your current plan is applied automatically.

Downgrading your plan

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Click the lower plan and confirm — your access continues at the current level until the next renewal date, then switches.

Cancelling your subscription

To cancel, go to Dashboard → Billing → Payment and click "Manage Billing" to open the Stripe customer portal. Select "Cancel Subscription". Your access continues until the end of the current paid period. All your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, during which you can export it.

After the 90-day retention window following cancellation, your data is permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy. Export everything you need before this deadline.
