Viewing and downloading invoices

All invoices and payment receipts are available in Dashboard → Billing → Invoices.

Viewing your invoice history

The Invoices tab shows up to 12 months of invoice history. Each invoice shows: date, amount, status (Paid, Open, Draft, Void), and a description of what was charged.

Downloading an invoice

  • Click "PDF" next to any invoice to download a printable PDF receipt.
  • Click "View" to open the invoice in a browser (Stripe-hosted page).

Invoice statuses

  • Paid — payment has been successfully collected.
  • Open — payment is due but not yet collected (e.g. invoice billing for NHS POs).
  • Draft — invoice is being prepared and has not yet been sent.
  • Uncollectible — payment has failed repeatedly and is marked as uncollectable.
  • Void — invoice has been cancelled.

Updating billing contact details

To update the email address that receives invoices, go to Dashboard → Billing → Payment → Manage Billing (Stripe portal) → Billing Information. This does not need to be the same as your admin account email.
